Born in Enid, Oklahoma, and subsequently abandoned by both parents at an early age, Linda grew up with relatives on a working ranch in North Platte, Nebraska, went on the rodeo circuit with various relatives in Oklahoma and Nebraska until her first marriage at age 18. She would eventually work for Atlantic Richfield Oil Company (ARCO) as one of its first females in sales. From there she moved to a management position in both STP Corporation and chemical manufacturer-distributor NCH Corporation. Yet, Linda was only beginning to realize her potential in business and industry, then she founded an insurance agency called Great Life Educational Academy and even Entertainment Productions. In addition to being a three-time author, Linda is a certified grief and crisis intervention counselor, has had her own radio and television shows in the Greater Los Angeles area and Sarasota, Florida. She still takes the stage as a jazz/Broadway singer and dancer on occasion, with a professional background in nightclubs and theater.
